Exciting Update: A Faster, Smoother Check-In Process at OA

We are always looking for ways to enhance your experience, and starting March 17, 2025, we are introducing a more convenient check-in process at all OA locations. Our new QR and Kiosk Check-In system is designed to streamline your visit, reduce wait times, and make your check-in process seamless.

How It Works:

Text Check-In: 30 minutes before your appointment, you’ll receive a text message prompting you to check in upon arrival.
Kiosk Check-In: At each of our locations, use one of our kiosks to enter your information and skip the front desk line.
QR Code Check-In: Or, Simply scan the QR code posted in our office with your smartphone to complete check-in quickly.

This new system ensures a smoother and more efficient process, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your care. We appreciate your patience as we transition to this improved system and look forward to providing you with an even better experience!
